Discovering the secrets of Tuscan cuisine, you will be guided by the chef in the preparation of typical Tuscan dishes since the time of Machiavelli. The course will take place in an equipped kitchen and you will be guided by our chef who will show you all the steps in preparing the dishes. At the end of the lesson you will be able to enjoy the dishes you prepared while tasting our wines.

 Our Cooking Class experience includes:

•  Welcome glass
•  Presentation and explanation of the program
•  Presentation of the necessary ingredients and preparation of Fresh Pasta, Ribollita, Panzanella, Pappa al pomodoro and Cantucci
•  Guided tour of Niccolò Machiavelli 's original house-museum , with special opening of his private study where he wrote the famous " The Prince ".
•  Visit to the Italian Garden with a view of the Florence Cathedral
•  Historic cellars from the 13th century and the secret underground tunnel that connects the cellar to the building of the oldest Italian restaurant called " Albergaccio since 1450 ".

 The lunch:

 At the end of the lessons, tasting your creations.

 Appetizers:

•  Bruschetta with Lard and black cabbage.
•  Fried courgette flowers.

 Soup tasting:

•  Ribollita
• Pappa al pomodoro
•  Panzanella.

 Fresh pasta:

•  Chianti tagliatelle.
•  Tortelli mugellani with truffle.

 Dessert:

•  Cantucci and Vin Santo.

 Lunch will be accompanied by 3 wines of our production:

•  "Libero" White
•  "Tenuta Machiavelli" Chianti Classico DOCG
•  "Libero" Super Tuscan IGT

 Certificate of attendance:

 The cooking course ends with the delivery of a certificate and a small recipe book.
